Leonora Libra (she/her)
Leonora began her rope curiosity many years before she actually joined classes in 2018 where she knew from the beginning that she wanted to be the tying party. She was nervous to tie with models she did not know in private and ended up bringing almost her entire friend group and partners into the rope community.
Being a mixed raced person of Viking and Samurai blood, she cares a lot about culture, diversity and inclusion. Having experienced everyday micro-racism to straight-out hateful treatment, told to go home to Japan, or blamed for being on the wrong side of WW2 while being in Denmark, and never fitting in when in Japan because she is too white-passing, has made it clear to her what to involve herself in to make a small change for the better in the world.
She indulges herself in all her passions, including psychotherapy, over 15+ years of performance art, kink positive outspokenness, rope practice, and teaching live classes. Co-founding Ropesthetic is the next step of her life journey.

Aly Meadow (she/her)
Aly began practicing rope as a model in 2023 and has been loving it ever since. After only a year of modelling, she was introduced to the art of rope performance, which she quickly realized would become a passion of hers. As co-founder of Ropesthetic, she aims to teach others how they too can embrace the thrilling experience of performing with and in ropes, as well as other creative ways of sharing rope with an audience.
Aly has always been a storyteller, and her love for sharing stories with an audience has taken shape through various media throughout the years, such as theater. One of the things she especially loves about rope performances is the way you can tell a story through ties and transitions as well as through interactions between two or more people without uttering a single word. Being able to convey these stories to an audience is something she greatly enjoys, both on stage and through photoshoots.
Currently living in the big city, Aly is a country girl at heart. She dreams of buying a house in the countryside where she can become the mother of many cats. Aside from rope, she enjoys other physical activities such as running, sports climbing, and weightlifting.
