(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ROPESTHETIC LLC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ARISES, OR SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ropesthetic LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs, arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

If any claim, demand, or legal proceeding is brought against Ropesthetic LLC arising from your actions, conduct, or use of the Service, you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of such matter and to reimburse Ropesthetic LLC for all resulting losses, costs, and expenses.
